We received the product in the usual Amazon box.

The outer packaging is made of cardboard , the inner packaging is made of EPS and cardboard .
The bottles were packed in a folding carton . The product was well protected by the packaging. The bottles were additionally protected with bubble wrap .

Our testers felt the packaging was not very sustainable , as all the accessories were individually wrapped in plastic .
The fermentation vessel, for example, is packaged in EPS (expanded polystyrene foam) , an alternative would be to use puffed maize semolina .
