The product was very well protected by the packaging. The outer packaging is made of cardboard , the inner packaging is made of fabric . The brand name, the address and a contact option as well as the barcode are clearly visible on the outer packaging.

As soon as we opened it, we noticed that the product was well thought out .
No bad smell was detected when unpacking the dog stairs.
